I grew up playing baseball until I was 13 years old, then softball sucked me in. I played at the University of Nebraska and was drafted into National Pro Fastpitch League my senior year. I competed for 9 seasons in the NPF and played with some of the best in the world. I also began my coaching career right out of college and have 11 years of NCAA coaching experience at both  Division I and II .

"I've been incredibly fortunate to learn and play with the best of the best over my career as a player and a coach. Talent is only one piece of the puzzle when it comes to development. Coaches and players at the highest level never stop exploring and educating themselves in order to be the best they can be. The most important part of an athletes' development happens during their childhood. Coaches play a tremendous role in educating players and what it means to be a life-long student of the game.

It's my goal to help develop coaches and players both on and off the field."
